OUR MISSION
Is to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Chris with love and passion for righteousness, and a consciousness of our duties to God and their fellow human beings.
WHAT WE BELIEVE
We believe that the Bible is the Word of God, inspired by the Holy Spirit. (2 Peter 1:19-21)
We believe that a person is saved by the grace of God through faith in Jesus. (Romans 3:23-25
Welcome to the New House of Sion
We’re a non-denominational, Bible-based, Christian Church located in one of the most vibrant and multicultural communities in East London, our grand mission is to proclaim the Gospel of Christ and the beliefs of the Christian faith, to maintain the worship of God, and to inspire in all persons a love for Christ, a passion for righteousness, and a consciousness of their duties to God and their fellow human beings.
We pledge our lives to Christ and covenant with each other to demonstrate His Spirit through worship, witnessing, and ministry to the needs of the people at the church and the community.
Following Jesus
Following Jesus and becoming more like him means being an apprentice of Jesus.
We’re doing this together through home groups, church events and our spiritual habits helping us to embrace God and each other.
We believe that Jesus was the perfect example of what a flourishing life on earth looks like. We want the same for everyone at New house of Sion and the whole world. We welcome you with open arms to be a part of our increased family and to experience the love and fellowship that defines our church.
